Job description
Compositadour is working with vocational training providers to offer a full range of training courses for operators, technicians and engineers in composite transformation processes, process automation and robotisation, and metal additive manufacturing.
Compositadour is looking for a Composite Additive Manufacturing Development Apprentice on a professional training contract for its partner company, as part of the Specialised Masters in Future Processes and Robotisation.
The partner company is a leading aeronautical company in the design, manufacture and refurbishment of composite products for aircraft cabin interiors. It aims to reduce energy consumption by making cabins lighter and using environmentally-friendly materials.
Job description :
As part of the acquisition of a new production, machining and large-scale composite additive manufacturing facility, you will be required to :
- Ensure the programming and development of our new additive manufacturing activity: fine-tuning, testing, production of tooling....
- Participate in the programming of our 3-axis and 5-axis machining centres using Catia V5 software based on 3D models.
Profile required :
- You would like to prepare for the PF&R Specialised Masters course,
- You are familiar with additive manufacturing technologies and Catia V5 CAD/CAM.
Contrat :
- Position based in Auch (32)
- Remuneration according to profile
- Benefits with CSE
- 35 hours per week
- 12-month contract
