Présentation du projet ADDILANZA

As part of its call for projects on “Euroregional innovation”, the Euroregion funded 7 projects in December 2023, to the tune of 400,000 euros. Among them is the Addilanza project, which focuses on gear repair using additive manufacturing.

Addilanza focuses on the integration of high-performance additive manufacturing technologies into metal components, with an emphasis on eco-design and life-cycle analysis applied to gears.

The proposal aims to establish a paradigm shift starting with flexible, lightweight design oriented towards additive manufacturing, incorporating topological optimization and material density as part of the eco-design approach. This innovative approach aims to increase production flexibility and apply advanced additive manufacturing techniques to metal parts.

The main objectives are the development of a selection tool for additive technology, lightweighting strategies, gear recovery and analysis of the environmental impact of processes.

Addilanza reflects a multidisciplinary vision and diversity in its approaches and participating groups, addressing the integration of advanced technologies with ecological and numerical considerations.
